ISUF2021 Conference Format: Let's go hybrid!

We are delighted to communicate that we have reached a decision on the conference format for the XXVIII International Seminar on Urban Form

ISUF2021 will run in a  hybrid mode, hence it will combine both in-person and virtual experience. This means that all resources and opportunities offered to conference delegates – both presenting and attending – will be equally available for those who decide to join us in Glasgow and those that will be joining online.

We are strictly following all necessary space occupation and hygienic requirements to ensure that those wishing to come in person will be welcome by a safe environment. We are also taking necessary arrangements to ensure that all conference sessions – keynotes, parallel sessions, round tables etc. – will be live-streamed and video recordings will be made available at the end of the conference to give the chance to all our delegates to see and listen to their favourite topics. Finally, poster sessions will also have a dedicated web media library in addition to being physically displayed at the venue in the conference period.

While it is our firm decision to organise the very first ISUF hybrid conference and we are currently working hard to make it truly memorable, we will keep monitoring the situation with regards to Covid-19-related restrictions as we move forward. Should these conditions  by Monday  15th March unequivocally prevent the in-person component of the event, we reserve the right to switch to online delivery mode.

In any case, on Monday 15th March 2021 a final decision will be confirmed and communicated  through all conference channels, contextually to the opening of the registration period.
