PRESENTING YOUR RESEARCH AT ISUF2021

All presentations (oral, poster and round table) are delivered as Live Sessions by the designated presenting author. Presenting authors will be asked to  required to join their assigned virtual event session 5-10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to be promoted to presenter status.

Live presentations will be recorded and made available on-demand to participants during and after the conference. During the presentation attendees will be asked to mute their microphone but will still be able to ask their questions using the Q&A on the Live Session Webex panel. When presentations are concluded, the floor will be open for questions for up to additional 20 minutes.

In advance of the conference, session speakers will be contacted by session hosts and asked to attend a rehearsal event. This is done to ensure that the speakers’ audio, visual and sharing settings are in working order.
